These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyYoga.Guru, operated by Crafted XP Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MyYoga.Guru.
We may refer to you as a "tenant" (a business owner who runs their practice on MyYoga.Guru) or a "visitor" (someone who interacts with a tenant's public pages or bookings). Some sections apply only to tenants.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a MyYoga.Guru account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind any business or organisation you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@myyoga.guru if you suspect unauthorised access.
MyYoga.Guru provides an all-in-one scheduling and business platform for solopreneurs and small service businesses. Core features include appointment scheduling, online payments via Stripe, AI-assisted inbox and calendar management, a landing-page builder, broadcast communications, and social-media publishing connectors.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality for paying tenants we will provide reasonable notice.
You agree not to use MyYoga.Guru to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.
MyYoga.Guru offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Your business data — including offerings, calendar events, customer records, and communications — remains yours. We process it solely on your behalf and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By uploading or entering content into MyYoga.Guru, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process that content strictly as necessary to provide the service to you. We do not use your business or customer data to train AI models or for advertising purposes.
MyYoga.Guru allows you to connect third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Calendar, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. When you connect such services, you are subject to their respective terms of service. MyYoga.Guru acts only as a conduit — we are not a party to agreements between you and those providers, and we are not liable for their actions, outages, or changes to their APIs.
We may lose access to third-party integrations if a provider changes their platform or revokes our access. We will notify tenants of material integration changes where possible.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where operationally possible. In the event of an unplanned outage, we will communicate status updates via our status page.
Scheduled downtime for maintenance does not constitute a service failure and does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by contacting hi@myyoga.guru.
On termination you will have 30 days to export your data. After that period, we will delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behaviour, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
MyYoga.Guru is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to MyYoga.Guru is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crafted XP Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or any misuse of the platform by you or your clients.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below and notify tenants by email or via a notice in the MyYoga.Guru dashboard for material changes. Continued use of MyYoga.Guru after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
